Next is the front door speaker installation...major pain in the
Front drivers door with panel off

Back drivers side door with the plastic and stock speaker
Plastic sheet and stock speakers are now off
Feed the speaker coax from the inside of the car to the door (I tried to jam it in the rubber sleeve originally there for the electrical wires but it would not fit!)
Speaker spacer purchased from Innovative Automotive did not work for my Infinity speakers (even though the spacer company

claimed they would!).  So I had to add some washers to give some extra space to give clearance in the door from the window when lowered.

Speaker finally installed
Side view to see spacer and also infinity gold frame needed for additional clearance.
Tweeter installed
Passive crossover installed
Everything wired with B-Quiet applied on the door and inside the door panel. It doesn't look pretty, but hopefully it will do the job.

Speaker out, plastic off
Was able to route the speaker wire through the rubber feed-through....only problem was had to move the side air bag sensor to get in there.  Didn't realize it was the sensor for the air bag until it was out.  Notice the warning on the bottom right that warns of serious injury or death.....
Ugly.....but effective.  B-Quiet is applied.
This time the spacer and speaker combination fits nicely.
Passengers side front door completed.
I had to cut the super styrofoam in the door panel (shown on the bottom left
) for the crossover box to fit.
